Meetings of the NY-NJ Alpha User Group are usually held the second Wednesday of each month. The meetings are held from 6:00 PM to 7:45 PM, at the offices of NYPC (see below).

A very Happy & Healthy New Year to all of our Members.
Our February Meeting will be held on the second Wednesday, February 13, 2008.
This Month, Dr. Peter Wayne will be discussing the in’s & out’s (that’s a Medical term) of “Upsizing a Database”.
Remember we are scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday every other month. Now that the User Group has only one SIG Meeting Room we are locked into the 2nd Wednesday
The NYPC has asked SIG Leaders to remind members to renew their memberships when they become due. This helps insure our SIG of having a Meeting place, along with a Projector and other necessary facilities.
Meetings are held at the NYPC Offices located in the Ramada Inn / New Yorker Hotel, Rooms 550 - 551 481 Eighth Ave (at 34th Street). The Building is on 8th Avenue between Penn Station and the PA Bus Terminal so it’s easy to find by Subway or Bus. Buses, PATH & Subways are close by.
The New York PC User Group does ask that those attending our Meetings become NYPC Members. Applications are available, dues are only $45 per year & help provide a Meeting Place for us and the use of the other facilities. Keep in mind that without the NYPC, there would be no place to hold our ALPHA Meetings!
